Comments:
They ripped us off. The sites are impossible if you are using a tent. There are rocks and tree stumps everywhere. The road, or lack of, has huge rocks that you have to drive over. These rocks look like they could pop your tire. Whatever you do, do not go tubing. We rented 4 tubes, after 1 min in the river two of them were leaking. We had to get out of the river and go to a house and ask them if we could use their phone. We waited on the side of the river for 45 minutes for them to bring us tubes. They are only 2 miles from there and they just let us sit there until they had to make another trip with tubes. Then....about 10 min down the river one of the tubes they just brought us was leaking. My friend had to ride on my tube the entire way down the river. It was a horrible experience. When we asked for our money back they manager Steve Reeves said that the one tube was purposly tampered with and that we pulled the valve out. That was not true at all. He laughed at us the entire time we were on the phone with him. So, out of 6 tubes three went flat and they wouldn't even refund us money. When we told Steve that we were very upset and that we were never going to go camping there again he replied "good, we don't need people like you" This is no way to treat your customers. Obviously, this was a family hand me down job position because there is no way he ever took any managerial or customer service classes in his life. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND A RIP OFF. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
