BEWARE!!! This place is dirt dive at best. The electric is sub-par at best w/ many circut trips. Low tree limbs. VERY uneven. Alot of HILLY tight turns w/ stumps on several corners. Small lots and tight w/ trees to encounter. Now the owners are...... Rude, inconsiderate, when an issue arise's they will evicte you. This place is run as well as a concentration camp.
