Comments: This was by far the WORST place to every go camping. While yes it is a national park-there were Park Rangers and teenagers who were acting like Park Rangers checking up on you every 30 minutes after dark. You never felt like you had privacy and you were in the woods! And don't dare bring any kind of alcholic beverages to your camp site. You would be lucky if you didn't get fined or have to throw out anything you may have brought.
The camp sites were too close to each other, so again the privacy you were looking for is not there.
The bathrooms and portapotties were disgusting. You had to go to the general store (which is very far from the camp sites) every time or just go outside.
I would never recommend going to this camp site nor would I ever go back. Go to the NY camp sites!
