| Short Summary |
This campground said it has WiFy. I need it for my job. It was not working for the 3 days that we were there. |
Comments: We booked a site that was suppose to have WiFy for a week. It didn't work for the 3 days that we were there. We spoke to people on a daily basis, because I was assured before we checked in that it would be working. We had to leave early because I was unable to do my job. I had to go to alot of trouble to get my money back and was finally told that they would give it to me. I have now waited two weeks and still have not received it, even though I have written numerous e-mails to them.
Terrible Customer Service!!!
