Short Summary
Comments:
Never met the owner or managers. They have no office you must drop your payments in a mailslot or call them if you have any questions or problems and they come to you. The lady came to me once and never introduced herself or made me feel like we were even welcome. She was very rude acting about our payment and it was there the entire time but just overlooked. They never even called me to confirm that they had found the payment stuck in their mailslot. I had to call them before I almost stopped payment on my check. They made me feel like I was lying about my payment. No Apologies either. The playground is infested with spider eggs and just not neat. It is very small plastic equiptment for 2 or 3 year olds. The campers are cramped in the middle of the park with very little outside room. Just not a place I felt comftable. I looked online and assumed this was a great park and paid in advance for my lot and when we arrived we were stuck. They give no refunds whatsoever. I advice you to check it out before you reserve. It rained one day and the entire park flooded it was horrible. I will not recommend this park to anyone only due to my experience. I have never felt so unwelcome. Will never return to this park again.
