Comments:
The images on their web-site are very appealing but don't let it fool you. There are dogs running freely and loud, irresponsible drunks at all hours. We camped with some other couples, our young children and two dogs and were stuck next to a bunch of drunks for the weekend. Swearing, bongos, fireworks shot from a pistol and violent threats from the group next to us kept us up all night and trapped in our RV. Our dogs were leashed and yet we were were constantly watching for other dogs that would wander into our site. Calls to the management to ask them to talk to the people next to us (since they still wouldn't quiet down at 4am) were met with the response of, "Guess we should have told you what kind of place this was when you registered". It's a shame; nice facilities but the place is lousy with mean and nasty rednecks that have no regard for wholesome family fun. They give you a list of camp rules when you register but you may as well toss them since nobody seems to follow them. True, there's no quiet time but the rules ask folks to be respectful of their fellow campers which was hardly the case! Don't waste your time and money on this place!!!
