Comments:
This is my FAVORITE campground. All types of camping available. You can be thisclose to your "next door" neighbor, OR you can go farther out and have privacy where you can't SEE your neighbor. Although there are conveniences readily available in the campground, this is high country camping - and you are in bear country! Great lake and stream fishing. Hiking aplenty from day hikes for families on up to high altitude climbing. They do not take reservations, but you will get a site. This is a homesteaded property - lots of it - and if the campground is full, they will open another loop! Too much to tell you about - this spot is a true gem and I had to share.
