Just so viewers know: They advertise they are the closest RV park to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. The "Camp Nebraska" is a little closer. They also advertise there is only one Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Florida. There is another one near Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Just so viewers know, my wife and I will probably stay at this RV park soon. If we do, we'll certainly rate it.

I do NOT recommend ths dump! Read on and find out why. As an "RV On The Go" member the price was very reasonable in the off season (summer), but the water table must be very near the surface. All dirt/grass sites, and when a little rain came their sewer system overflowed at our site and ran out all over the ground! INEXCUSABLE!!! WORSE EXPERIENCE FOR AN RV'r!!! HORRIBLE!!! THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE!

Fairly nice, somewhat small, low budget, low price older RV park. It is close to a good variety of stores. The park has dirt/gravel roads and at RV sites. Some have small concrete pads. Local fire codes determine how RV's are parked, which can put the sewer/electric/water hook ups on the wrong side of your RV depending on the lot. Sewer drains are level with the ground. That's good. The sites near the entrance can be a bit noisy. The dumpster is emptied by the city a little before 5 AM and is a bit noisy. This is an old park. The best description I can give is, it is like being on a downtown street corner (which it is) but it is probably the closest RV park to downtown Tampa with an on/off ramp to Interstate 275 just a few blocks away. To my wife and me that was a plus. As a Good Sam member we paid $25 and some change in January 2009 (peak seasonn in Florida). Not bad! Even though this review seems somewhat negative, it is still a nice park if you're looking for a low price, and if you're not looking for a lot of on site frills. We will stay here again anytime we're in the greater Tampa Bay area.
