Totally unprofessional, crazy drunk guy (at 3 pm) running the show. I suspect if you meet him, you are going to hate the place. If you don't, you are going to love the place. Hence the very polarized reviews. Not recommended. Check out the Ontario country park instead. They have cabins, and camping.
