This is a Trailer Park not a Campgound
December 1, 2008
What lies they sold us when we called to inquire about staying here for Thanksgiving. We were told they had a beautiful lake with a current, paddle boats to rent and clean bathrooms with showers. In reality, the lake was green sludge and the paddle boat was upside down and covered in green moss. The bathrooms were locked and we never saw showers.
Our site was even worse. This is a Trailer Park - not a Campground. We were flaked by two full time residents who fought like cats and dogs and walked around shirtless and yelling at each other. The site on our right had a built on deck where the mans dog lived - our windows had a view of the dog and his 'bathroom' if you get my drift. We had to keep the shades down the entire time.
We had no fire ring, no picnic table. The place was just disgusting so we stayed two nights and left early. If you are looking for a nice camping getaway - DO NOT stay here!!
