Not great for tent camping

Date:

June 26, 2011

Was really excited to check this place out, but ended up leaving to go to another camp ground. The campsites are right on top of each other. I am a tent camper and I have never in my life been at a campground that was so squished in with such little privacy. For tent campers, you get a gravel "pad" and thats it. And you are in the thick of the woods so you get a double whammy-- No space and all the bugs.

The host was extremely friendly. For tent campers there are no grill rings for the firepit and he was going to loan us one if we stayed there.
