Excellent place to visit!

My family and I visited Country Place RV Park recently and had the best time. The park owners are friendly and always kept the park clean. It was a great place to bring the family. We enjoyed all the park amenities, including the pool, DVD rental and hiking trails. Country Place RV Park is definitely a place where we will come back to on a regular basis.

Abusive, harrassing & intimidating owner

I am contacting you regarding a serious situation. I understand that you refer RVers to this park and want to make sure that you are aware of the abuse and maltreatment I experienced at this park at the Country Place RV Park in Cut & Shoot Texas.
I was verbally assaulted by the owner (Jon) of the park gesturing in a manner that had me fearful that he may hit me and screaming obscenities calling me a moron, stupid, telling me to shut up God d@*m*t in a highly threatening manner telling me to zip it or he would evict me immediately. With several witnesses, I can assure you that my entire demeanor was one of asking what was wrong, why was he so upset, and asking him to calm down.
Post-incident, I am given to understand no on is immune to his treatment and every single patron has been treated with this type & level of disrespect. Being a woman, I was extremely concerned for my safety and phoned the police, who told me they had a lot of trouble with the "jerk" (his word exactly), had been called there before, and to avoid him but unless he said or did something that indicated an actual threat, they would not be able to do anything. To which, upon learning that I had taken steps, promptly slapped an eviction notice on our door.
He later apologized saying that what I had been trying to say about not knowing the exact rules so not knowing I was violating one was probably correct and he was sorry. I don't have a problem with people if they apologize but after being told by literally everyone who got wind of the incident that he has done this to everyone including the postal woman and every RV park resident there who wanted to offer me their concern and understanding for the treatment, I understand also that this man is out of control and sorry means little if he continues this type of behavior.
I hope that you will consider all of the issues (not only aesthetic) when considering your ratings and referrals to this park. This man is threatening, abusive, and woefully out of control! There are tactful, professional, and courteous ways to approach customers - screaming obscenities, insults, and flailing about in a manner that is so threatening should be of great concern to you as your consider your references.
If you should wish to contact me about this, I'm happy to provide any information necessary.
