Mic Mac Cove Family Campground is located just 25 miles east of Augusta on Rt 17 in Union, ME. Just 12 miles to Rockland, Camden or Thomaston, ME. Great swimming, boating and fishing on beautiful Crawford Lake. A rustic setting with RV and tenting sites, also cabins available.

Summary:	Although called a family campground, it is mainly for families who like staying up late. Very noisy and no enforced quiet hours. Bathrooms are dirty and old, showers cost $1 when not out of order.

Summary:	This campground is clearly on it's way back. Huge improvements over last year & plans for more. New owner is putting heart & Sole into improving. Check it out! New bathrooms & cabins. Fun people

We went to see if we want to go camping there this summer. I was very impressed with the improvements that are underway. This year is going to be a huge improvement over last year in the facilities. The people are great and I can see the Mic Mac Cove that I knew as a kid returning and being even better than before. Chek it out while it is still a great value with availability... I predict that in 2 years it will be difficult to get a reservation. No, I am not relaated to the owner. I am a camper who use to go here in my youth and became disappointed in how run down it had become. I am now overjoyed to see it come back to life!
