The 76-acre campground has shaded and sunny areas, a beautiful 16+ acre lake with a sandy beach and large swimming deck. Ridge Ranch is a fun, family oriented campground. We have many planned activities such as DJ’s, Karaoke, and Elvis impersonators, Auctions, Bingo, crafts, hayrides and more. We also offer paddleboat and canoe rentals, pavilion rentals, mini golf, fishing, playgrounds, horseshoes, volleyball, and basketball. We also have a game room with pool tables and video games. The store/office offers things such as propane, firewood, ice, milk, bread, eggs, and other such food items. In addition, the store offers paper goods, charcoal and lighter fluid, RV supplies, soda, ice cream, candy, and many other items you may find useful or may have forgotten. Not much interested in the tent scene? Try renting our cabin for your camping get away. It has a covered front porch, a full size bed, bunk beds, and a small refrigerator and microwave. It is tucked away right at the edge of the woods near the lake. Are day trips or other nearby attractions more your style? There are over 30 golf courses in the surrounding area, canoe outfitters, an Amish cheese factory, pro football hall of fame, Packard Music Hall, hiking at Nelson Ledges State Park and Six-Flags amusement park is less than 40 miles away!

Some of our fish are to young to date yet and others are far to old. 4. Don't argue with the hired help, they are all experts. They just don't look the part. 5. YO - All you kids 12 yrs and younger, make sure you have an adult with you when you go swimming. There is no life guard on duty and your parents like to feel needed. (It also gives them a chance to yell at ya) 6. Boy - Come 2:00 Tomorrow, ya gotta be on your way, or someone's gonna charge you for another day. 7. Your neighbor has to stop fishing and or swimming by sunset. Please respect their quiet time so they can get their rest. 8. Our Raccoons' bed time is 11:00 PM. Whistling at girls is allowed if they are over 6 ft. 2.) Only dogs certified in CPR and first aid are allowed on the beach. 3.) Please limit your snail collection to 1000 per day. 11. Please, Please, don't, don't let your little one put rocks in the sewer pipes. Boy does that make the next camper MAD! MAD!! MAD!!! 12. Please report any u-boats sightings to the management. 13. Please do not move our fire ring and picnic tables. They have motion sickness and we want them to keep healthy.

A fun, friendly choice

We tent camped here one weekend in 2009. Had a visit from a raccoon the first night and a major thunderstorm on day two. Had an EXCELLENT time despite these! The lake felt clean for swimming and the fishing was terrific. Relaxed atmosphere here. People there seemed friendly. The bathrooms were clean and decent, but weren't the Hilton (this is CAMPING.) Can't speak to the quality of the giant RV sites, either, but we would definitely go back now that we have a pop-up camper.
