Summary:

Not a place to stay with family/children, it is more a party place, especially on the weekends.

This camping experience was by far the worst my family and I have ever experienced and we've been camping for many years. First off, Even though they say they have a quiet time at 11pm it is not enforced at all, especially on the weekends. My boyfriend and I have a tent and we were kept up until at least 3am by people who were drinking which in turn made them act loud and crazy. its Jellystone Park for crying out loud, isn't that supposed to be a park themed for children? Not only that but there was rain on saturday, which not a big deal, unless you have a site right near the dump station and the drain get clogged which in turn floods above the dump station and next thing you know, all you can smell is sewage. The worst part was my parents site was also flooded and when they told the office, they did nothing, just acted like it was no big deal. The last straw was when my parents cooler was stolen from underneath their camper. They happened to notice it was missing, went searching and ending up finding the cooler, emptied out, and in the woods. I have to say, I have never stayed at a place where we've had to lock our cars, I've also never seen as many rude people as I did over the weekend, and the bulk of the people were the employees of the campground. They didn't smile much which is disappointing and just plain rude.
Our rate was also EXTREMELY HIGH. There was just us 2 adults on our site, we had a tent and the site had water and electric. We paid the same amount as my parents who had 4 adults and Full hookup (they have a 5th wheel). And that is what the rates are, $60/night plus tax. The bathrooms are absolutley disgusting, you feel gross even after washing your hands and it smell horrid. And if you want to use the Aqua Center, which is a 4ft deep pool with a water slide, it costs $5/day and they close at 6. Mini golf also cost money $3, and the course is trashed and very boring, which is a review from my 10yr old nephew. Overall we had fun, but only because we were there as a family, but as far as the campground, I HIGHLY recommend not staying here, it is absolutely NOT worth the money.
