Campground is gorgeous, and great location to both OC and Sea Isle beaches...but owner is out of control with fees. Costs escalate every year until it becomes unreasonable and unaffordable. Worst of all, all sites are on separate electric meters, yet the owner charges almost three times the amount for electric. Seems completely unethical to upcharge and make a profit off of utilities. Sad to leave, but owner's greed made it impossible to afford.
