We are located on 65 acres in Boone County, Sugar Creek Township. The park was built in 1972 and opened in 1973 by John & Phyllis Barker. The land started out as farm ground. It was then purchased by a gravel mining company and mined for stone. This is how the 2 fishing ponds were created (gravel pits). It changed ownership in 1980 and again in 1998 when the current owners, Ralph & Sandy Christman, purchased it. They employ 10 people who take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and family atmosphere that you’ll experience during your stay. For an extra added piece of mind the park is continuously being surveyed by in-park security making sure your stay is a safe and peaceful one.
