Summary:

Angry owners

Date:

September 6, 2011

Why would anyone want to be in a customer service industry when they appear to hate the world and everyone in it. The owners appeared to be in a terrible mood. I thought that it might just be one day, but everyday I saw them they were frowning and always were getting on somebody in a disrespectful tone about what appeared trivial things. There was little respect shown to campers who are paying a great deal of money to rent a spot for the weekend! The prices were also much higher than other campgrounds, plus there were hidden fees for guests . Please note that not all sites are created equal and you should steer clear of the newer gravel sites as your camper will be full of clay mud by the end of the weekend. Some of the seasonals have been there a long time and were very nice. They even did a golf cart parade that was really fun to watch. I don't know how they tolerate it though!!!!
