For someone who wants to get away from the house for the weekend, and the "digital" world for a few days, this the place. There aren't as many features like wi-fi, and pools etc like other places have, but it is set in a rural area and secluded enough to give you he feeling of privacy, but far from the middle of nowhere. I wouldn't plan on just camping here and hope to find something to do around the camprounds to keep me busy. If you want a quiet few days, this is your place. Not much else to do unless your into history. All in all a good place to camp.

We found this campground to be very relaxing. I'm sure that the summer months would be filled with families with children. This campground is geared toward children with many play areas. The history in the Chambersburg area is well noted and a visit to the Heritage Center at the Chamber of Commerce is the place to start the journey back in time.
