We are a family operated campground under new management and have been in operation for over 50 years! Located in Lake George about a mile south of the Lake and the Million Dollar Beach and nestled partly on French Mtn. you may take the Trolley to the Village and beaches or go south on a Trolley to the Outlet shopping malls or Great Escape and avoid traffic and parking hassles. (Trolleys run from 8AM until 11PM approximately every 8-25 minutes from the King Phillip stop.) If you prefer bicycles to riding the Trolley you may use the bike trails that are accessible just a few hundred feet from our main entrance. These peaceful and quiet trials will take you everywhere safely and free from traffic with just a few minutes of tranquil peddling!

King Phillip’s Campground is famous for its large campsites and offers both wooded sites and campsites out in the sun. There is plenty to do after a busy day of touring the beautiful sites that surround the lake, hiking the trails, visiting the shops and outlets, or perhaps a visit to the rodeo or a white water rafting excursion. When it’s time to come back and rest we have plenty for the young and old alike on the campground. There are arcade games as well as play grounds featuring basketball, badminton, ping pong, hay rides and horseshoes and please don’t forget to come and enjoy the sparkling waters of our pool. We offer a laundromat and Wi-Fi hot spots to keep you in touch and allow you to take care of business while on those extended trips to the Adirondack region. We even offer the luxury of cable television so you don’t miss out on a big race or a ball game that you just cannot miss. If you still cannot find something that strikes your fancy you can browse the little gift shop or search out your favorite ice cream treat from one of our coolers.

Come and relax at the King Phillip and let our family take care of your family!
