We are a wonderful family place with numerous activities nearby for all ages. Our campground has many amenities to offer such as all shaded sites (grass, gravel with patios, or concrete), river sites with large decks, swimming pool, children’s playground, laundry facilities and a modern, super clean bathhouse.
Do you have friends or relatives you would like to bring with you but not the space in your RV or tent? Take advantage of our on-site cabins. We have 3 cedar-sided “Cozy Cabin” rental units.
Your camping vacation could also include river tubing, trout fishing, horseback riding (nearby), or take advantage of Townsend’s bicycle and walking path.

Excellent for tubing Cades Cove Tour

Small family owned campground on the quiet side of the Great Smokie Nat'l Park. About 30 minute ride to Pigeon Forge and true tourist area. Sites are very close together,but we have a 36' motorhome with two slides and had more than enough room on our site.
Nice pool, restroom and laundry facilities clean and the grounds are cleaned of any trash daily.
Family oriented Campground so there are children on bikes, scooters or just running around.
Not all sites have 50 Amp service so adapter will probably be needed.
Campground is on river used for tubing, it can be enjoyable to watch the tubers try and make their way down the rocky waters.
