I preregistered in advance using KOA's website to locate this Campground. I then called ahead advising of a late arrival. When I was later than that they called me back on my cell to advise how to get to my assigned RV pull-thru campsite. I happened to get there before they had left the office and all staff were cordial and friendly. It was a busy campground with plenty of campers there. Many families, kids, plenty of things for the kids, people walking dogs, nice place for walking for exercise, all kinds of friendly people from everywhere. They have a large lake with plenty of birds to watch and there are regular homes on around the lake nearby. I was just in the one night before going on to FL but it is a site I will definitely be going back to later this month (Jan '09) and will use quite a few times this year due to a new volunteer project I'm involved with which will see me traveling into FL, GA, NC, TN on a regular basis. So, I give this Campground a big 10. I also liked the fact that they had WiFi available as I use my PC regularly in my travels.

The staff who work at this campground will lie to you about their monthly sites. They are rude and not helpful or friendly at all. When you try and speak to a manager on the phone, they are always in a meeting or not available. They never return your call when you ask for a manager to contact you. I tried to get in touch with the owner, they won't give you any information as to who it is or how to contact the owner.
