Make sure you arive with plenty of time to park out front and read all of the signs that that say no,no,no, ect. The signs are every where, posts & buildings, trees & windows. As I was standing at the door reading some more signs while holding my 4lb dog. Mayva greets me with " DO NOT" bring that dog into this building or mine will tear it apart! I had no intention of going in with the dog as my wife was already inside registering our camper. After mayva's intro, it was "follow me" as she lead us on her golf cart. We arived at our site which has a raised concrete patio for chairs ect. Next came "do not" park on the cement! The lake was mucky and very shallow, no fish or swim ect. I will give credit to who ever produced there web site because it looks pretty good.

We've been traveling to this park from the Chicago area for 10+ years. It's a beautiful, family park and we've NEVER had any problem at all. I laugh when I read reviews that say the owners are crabby. What I've found over the years is that the people who complain about the owners enforcing the rules are the ones I don't want in a family campground in the first place. We have always found the owners to be warm and friendly and their campground is second to none I've ever been to.
