Expensive, cramped and rude
October 9, 2010
We booked online and thought, wow, this is really expensive! Then on top of the price to park the camper they even charge per person. The camp sites couldn't possibly be packed any tighter, and for a full service camp ground they sure are missing a lot. When our cable TV did work the people in the office said the new owner didn't want it so they didn't continue their cable contract from the previous owner. Really?! The staff was rude to us when we got here and then when my son pulled up later in the day he said they were very rude to him as well. We can't even run the water heater and air conditioning at the same time. I had to put the water heater and refrigerator on gas because the site breaker keeps flopping.
Needless to say I won't be staying here again. My normal places I can stay a week for what I paid for this weekend. I expected a lt more from a koa and that's why I was willing to pay the price
