Fairly nice, somewhat small, low budget, low price older RV park. It is close to a good variety of stores. The park has dirt/gravel roads and at RV sites. Some have small concrete pads. Local fire codes determine how RV's are parked, which can put the sewer/electric/water hook ups on the wrong side of your RV depending on the lot. Sewer drains are level with the ground. That's good. The sites near the entrance can be a bit noisy. The dumpster is emptied by the city a little before 5 AM and is a bit noisy. This is an old park. The best description I can give is, it is like being on a downtown street corner (which it is) but it is probably the closest RV park to downtown Tampa with an on/off ramp to Interstate 275 just a few blocks away. To my wife and me that was a plus. As a Good Sam member we paid $25 and some change in January 2009 (peak seasonn in Florida). Not bad! Even though this review seems somewhat negative, it is still a nice park if you're looking for a low price, and if you're not looking for a lot of on site frills. We will stay here again anytime we're in the greater Tampa Bay area.
