Last review had it right. Owners don't care, take and take. Pool is NOT heated even though it is advertised that way. Sewage system is substandard and stinks. Electrical hookups may be dangerous and are probably illegal. Camps should AVOID this park.

owners keep taking and taking and never putting back. rent was just raised another $100 a month. "heated pool" cold most of the time, unless there are several hot, hot days. electricity needs updating. do not plug in two appliances at once. hospitality, friendliness and activities are rated higher, because they are provided by the residents, as is any beautification to the park. The ONLY thing that keeps people coming back, are the warm wonderful people who stay here. As much as I love the people here, I'm not sure I can afford to return. Nor do I want to pay high dollar for mediocre park. It is very difficult for those here who have permanent structures and are on fixed income.

No place anyone should be.

This was once one of the cleanest and nicest campgrounds in all of Florida. However the new owners are never there and have milked the place for every nickle and dime they can. In two years there have been a half dozen employees come and go. And the new managment is a joke, with no common knowledge in how to run any kind of park much less a soda fountain. This is a sad example of how not to let a nice peice of property go to waist.
