what you see isn't what you get - beware - do not pay in advance (they ask for 3-4 months) you will not get a refund in case of illness, death, emergency etc. Read EVERY RULE carefully....

What you see is not what you get - this is a beautiful place but it comes with a price. The RULES are enforced with rudeness and a ridiculous sense of overkill. If you pay ahead as they 'require', you will not receive a refund no matter what your emergency might be - then, they re-rent your spot. The owners are overbearing and apparently so rich that they are totally apathetic to their guests. Maintenance inquiries are met with - 'if you don't like it - you can leave' and be sure that you will not get your 'paid in advance' monies back. The water quality is that of sewage (a private well) and it comes with weekly notices from the management that YOU CANNOT DRINK THE WATER. Many days, there is no water because the old well is broken again. Pelican Landing Guests/customers BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
