The campground was very well run. There were activities at all times. Lots of kids and dogs EVERYWHERE.
A little disappointed with the 'extra' costs of water slides, banana bikes, etc.
Very highly recommend this campground to anyone!

We were overcharged and never told about it. We made reservations through the Beaver Creek website. We got a tent site with no hookups and expected to pay simply for the fee listed on their website (at the time was $33/night 6-09). We were charged $132 for 2 nights. Included in this fee was an extra fee per child. Had we known about his fee ahead of time it would have been okay. We simply would have chosen to stay there knowing what we were going to pay or camped elsewhere. Problem is that we ended up paying $36 more than anticipated. This might not seem like alot to most people, but imagine going to the store to buy a box of cereal and being charged an extra fee for each child you had shopping with you. Although the campground has activities to do, it is not all inclusive. The pool is included, but you have to pay extra to use the bikes, water slides, minigolf, paddle boats, feed the pets. This is understandable so the items are available to use for those who pay to use them, but the fees add up fast for a campground that brags they can charge higher prices because they have so much to do. The staff seemed overly crabby the entire weekend with the exception of a nice man working the gates and a younger lady in the store. When asked about the additional fees we had paid for having our children camp with us, we were told it is in their brochure. I replied that I had reserved through the website and never saw their brochure. The answer I got then is that Im sure we had fun and the price we paid was worth it and that there website might not be totally up to date. Basically "Oh Well!"
