Very nice campground with a few flaws. Do not stay here during holidays because they price gauge like crazy. Camping in the middle of the camground is like camping on a football field.

Very nice campground!

The facilities at this campground are very impressive. It is very clean and it looks like they went all out in the building of the campsite. Showers and restrooms are top-notch. Pool is heated, and the lake is huge, with an area roped off for swimming and a sandy beach.

The staff was very helpful, and the place is huge. The kids had fun at the planned activities by the clubhouse. I recommend checking this place out. Their website gives a pretty good idea what it is like there.
We'll be going back. We met quite a few people who go back there regularly and made some new friends.

This park is a terrible waste of money. The first time we came out we had firewood delivered, pizza delivered, friendly staff and we had a pretty good time despite the fact that the campground is essentially a parking lot. Now, they have rude people driving around in trucks (he said he was a manager but I think he had been drinking), a half-a*$# recreation program, half the place is closed most of the time, no deliveries, higher prices and no one seemed to know who to talk to. We could not talk to the manager and security is non-existant. We were kept awake by noisy neighbors all night. For that much money you should expect a decent night sleep. And there is nothing to do in that area! I will never go back and hope you don't either.

This is a wonderful campground just needs more mature trees which will come in time as it is new. Many activities for the kids...a little expensive but they go all out to make it worth it for you.

This campground is really doing extra things to make themselves stand out from the rest like earlier check in and check out times (Labor Day weekend) and free camping in October for repeat customers. They are relatively new but already are becoming very well known, especially for other Michigan campers. With gas prices high it is nice to have a family campground that isn't too long of a drive that still have beautiful sites and friendly people.

We found your bathrooms super clean. We especially like the showers..how the water is warn when first turned on and how they do not stay running. We have been to camp grounds where people waste so much water. It is good to see someone has finally come up with a solution and the fine spray shower heads also. Wish we knew where to buy those for our house. We plan to come back and are telling other about the camp. Wished there were more trees between campers. Thanks for your free coupon.

Great for Eastern Michigan

This is a wonderful park...although it is very new everything is coming along great. There is limited amount of shade right now due to the new tress, however, in a few years this park will be worth spending time at. Activities were provided for our children thoughout the weekend, the pool was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing fireworks display Saturday night. We will definately be back! We camped in a fifth wheel.
