Traveling north on I-95: Follow I-95 to exit 90. At the end of the ramp turn left. You will go 100 ft and come to a stop sign. Turn left and go up over I-95, turn left at flashing light and keep to the right. Drive 200 Yards and you will find us on the right. Traveling south on I-95: Follow I-95 to exit 90. As you are coming off on the exit ramp look for the break in the islands and turn left onto hwy 301 south. Drive 200 yards and you will find us on your right. Traveling east on I-40: Take I-40 East to I-95 North. Follow I-95 to exit 90. At the end of the ramp turn left. You will go 100 ft and come to a stop sign. Make Reservations well in advance as we are a small campground and stay very busy during the "Snow Bird" times
Pets: Pet must be kept on leashes and cleaned up after. Only seeing eye dogs are permitted in the buildings. Pets should NOT be left alone to disturb other campers. Visitors of registered campers are not allowed to bring pets into the campground. Only 2 dogs per site are allowed without prior approval. Pets must be on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended in your RV, on your site, or in any vehicle, as to disturb others while you are away. If they are constant barkers, please leave them at home. Owners who have pets displaying any form of aggressive behavior will be asked to remove the pet immediately from the resort.
Quiet Hours: 9pm until 8am, ENFORCED. Anyone with a problem day or night report it to the management either at the office or Call 919-963-3596. Please use non-campsite areas, preferably perimeter area away from campsites, when walking your pet. Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after them. Trash: Please help us by putting bagged trash by road as you are leaving or in trash receptacles in back of office building. PLEASE, if you smoke, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Fireworks & Firearms: No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the premises. Kiddie Pools are not permitted. Ground Covers: No carpets on the ground, it kills the grass. Carpets on the concrete site pads are allowed as long as they do not cover the ground or grass. R.V. OPERATORS: ALL GREY AND BLACK WATER is to be dumped into dumping stations. Dumping on the ground is a strict violation of State and Federal laws. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS: If you must consume an alcoholic beverage, it has to be done AT YOUR CAMPSITE. The USE OF DRUGS, DRUNKENNESS, DISORDERLY CONDUCT or OBSCENE LANGUAGE will not be tolerated and are grounds for IMMEDIATE EVICTION. Anyone found, in the opinion of our staff, to be drinking in excess or found with alcohol anywhere in the campground except their campsite, will immediately be removed from the campground with a police escort! NO EXCEPTIONS! PLAYGROUND: The playground is open from 10:00AM until DUSK. No rough playing, shoving, pushing, throwing sand or climbing on the OUTSIDE of structures. ALL RULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Full list of rules posted in office. Four Oaks Lodging & RV Resort is not responsible for any theft, loss by fire or accident. Any personal property, whether on your site or within the park, are stored at your own risk. Use of any of the facilities is strictly at your own risk. Parents will be held responsible and pay for any damages to property, facilities etc. caused by themselves or their children.
All Reservations cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance or Credit card will be charged for the Reservation. Refunds: 24 hours cancellation or change of date notice required for reservation refunds. Absolutely no refunds within 24 hours of arrival, rain checks only!!!
