Skybrook Campground

Skybrook is a big, rolling rural campground that overlooks the Dansville valley area. The access roads wander up and down the hillsides, leading to a wide assortment of little camping “communities.”
You find the camp office/store quickly from the entrance, grab a map, then begin the quest to find your site. Restrooms and showers are peppered around the area.
Up the hill is the Rec Center and main bathrooms. The pool is just across the way, with a paddleboat pond in between. A second pavilion is located to the south. There are also 8 playgrounds and 8 horseshoe pits, and a basketball court.
The campground includes brooks and ponds, hidden valleys, wooded areas and wide open fields. Seasonal sites are scattered throughout the campground.
There’s room to walk, jog, bicycle or drive your cart for hours. The owners and campers are friendly, and there’s plenty of room for those of us who’re only there for a getaway weekend.

We've stayed here now three times, each time at a different site. We like it for its nearness to the Dansville Balloon Fest, and for its rural location. If we can find any pictures taken there, we'll add them later.
