What can I say other than another great experience at Beaver Brook Campground. This trip will make our third here and it wont be our last for sure. I cant say enough good things about this place. The pool this year has a new feature for the younger kids, which is a watering tree. We were there for the Rock and Roll theme weekend and got to see a great band by the name of Backlash play in the pavilion. I would have to say though that this time the mosquitos were out in force, and they werent playing around, but nothing a little Bens 100% Deet didnt fix. All in all a great trip cant wait to get back here in July.

This campground has been getting a lot of down talk and I don't know why. Its very children and family orientated plus they have a great pool. Yea, it has some minor flaws but what campground doesn't. The only issue I had while we were there was the noise level at night got a little loud one night. If you youre looking for a good reasonable get away Beaver Brook is a good choice. Oh yea, bring quarters for the showers.

This place was bad. The sites were right on top of each other and right on the road with cars constantly going back and forth. We have 2 little ones so we spent most of the time making sure they weren't near it. There were tons of unattended children and screaming parents. The pool was dirty and all the bathroom stalls were overflowing. We ended up peeing behind trees on the 2nd day. There was underage drinking and they were walking through the campground yelling late into the night. People were walking by smoking pot. It filled the site with the smell. It's a rough place if you have children that are not exposed to that kind of stuff.

Looking for something close to home so we could bring the power boat, tube & fish ect. The launch which we paid $ to launch from was AWFUl the water was so low we ruined our lower end. Needed to take the boat out across the lake. They never stated to us that the lake was damned & was so low. The bathrooms had no soap & were dirty. They charged $13.00 to dump on Tues & thurs, $17 on other days.
The activities for the 4th of July week were WEAK & dull.
The staff was lifeless & unhappy (with the excetion of one who did the kids actitivies) Very disappointed. Many others camping left earlier then anticipated. Police were out 2x for threating & theft. Too bad is a beautiful view too....

Beaver brook campground was the wrost campground I have ever been to. There was no soap in the bathrooms to wash your hands. There are to many rules if you were not out by 12 noon on the dot you were charged a day fee. My husband wanted to pick up my daughter from my mother-in law and he was not allowed in because he did not have 5 dollars, he had to have the police come in order for him to get our daughter, such foolishness. This place was more of a hassle then fun Not reccomended
