horrible manager Barb
January 23, 2012
Its unfortunate about my experience with Rosedale RV Park. I have been a customer for years and my job is constantly transplanting to Bakersfield and up until recently I was happy with Rosedale Village. I am appalled at the fact that this company employees an individual as crass and unprofessional as the park manager Barb. Dont ever stay here because you will be accosted by her demeaning attitude and language and she will definitely embarrass you and talk about you to other tenants. She makes it like some big high school, its horrible. However, taking it one step forward she made disparaging comments about an ex-employee that is a friend of mine that were illegal, I informed the corp manager and I think the owner. Both of whom didnt even acknowledge me. SO this is my battle. I want this company to stop treating consumers as garbage. We make them money and they have no customer service skills. With further investigation and being told by Barb they sell homes next door
please dont buy them, pay your rent late, move out of RV Park and go somewhere else. This company is horrible and will continue to rape you as a consumer, make them appreciate you as a customer. Flood their email with complaints about their manager and her friends. Below is their email, notify the Better Business Bureau, contact the news, do what you have to Im posting this on every website I can. Please ban together!!!

Best value for part of town
April 1, 2010
We are long-term renters & even though there are newer Parks w/upscale amenities, you pay for them (about twice as much as RVRP & we don't need them.) The list of amenities is lacking many things - almost everythig could be checked. This is a family oriented town & we have lots of activities for all seasons - some 5 or less min. away & as far as 90 min. Staff is friendly & can be seen in the office or on the grounds. Residents/renters are generally friendly & ready to lend a hand to anyone who needs help leveling, need repairs & don't want to pay the high cost of mobile repair, or inviting them to come eat with them or bring leftovers or fresh baked goods. I'm this tough economy, people share rides & help feed & clothe anyone who might be struggling. Every space has a tree, most are fruit or nuts available to everyone. I suggest you consider RVRVP for either long-term or if you are just passing through.
