Grilled Marinated Zucchini

Ingredients needed:

1 large zucchini
2 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic
4 ounces of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of back pepper

Equipment needed:

1 chef’s knife
1 cutting board
Heat source (fire pit with clean grate or grill)
Zip lock freezer bag


Cut zucchini on an angle and make them ½ inch thick. Place slices in zip lock bag, add olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Zip the bag closed. Shake bag until all slices are coated evenly. Place in refrigerator or cooler overnight. When ready to cook, heat grill and place the slices on it until tender. Serve immediately.
