Great base camp due to its location in the Verde Valley between Sedona and Jerome. Clean park with clean restrooms and hot showers. The site is full hook ups for $31 per night. The staff has lots of suggestions for activities in the area. Very pet friendly with bag stations all over for picking up after. Lots of big shade trees and nice scenery

The lady in the front office stayed on the phone for over 14 minutes never once said "I'll be right with you" or even looked at me. I casually walked out and checked out the property and stopped back in. She was still on the phone, I waited a couple of minutes and left. That WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I showered and wore decent camping clothes too!

This place was great! Yeah if you enjoy Meth Heads, thieves, and permanent residents just this side of being homeless! Seriously, their web sight is VERY misleading, we left after 2 hours and they refused to give us our deposit back. This dump was filthy, very scary, and the "river "was a 100 yds away with a thicket in between. Do yourself a favor and PASS ON THIS NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE DOESN'T DESCRIBE

As a camp ground, this place was horrible. The is a locals trailer park...and not a camp ground. The resident next to our space had a propane leak which when down wind was awful...not to mention the smell coming from the interior of the place was nauseating. We were there for 2 hours before packing up and finding another location. There was nothing to do, no places for children to play. The dirt continued to stir everytime a local drove by (which was constant). Worse still, we had to pay for the time we didn't remain on the premises..I would not recommend this to anyone.
