DO NOT BOOK reservation here! I called about noon and reserved and paid for a RV spot. They took credit card and at 3:30 called back because change of plans and refused to refund my money and was nasty and told me to do whatever I had to do and hung up on me! Very rude. She told me that when I booked she told me that there was no refund.......which is not true. She said, nothing and ran the credit card immediately! Refused to refund. I will be disputing the charge!
