Minimum deposit to hold a reservation is one night's rent. The minimum deposit and also the minimum rate on holiday weekends is three night's rent. Refunds will be given only with a minimum of three days notice of cancellation. We do not reserve by site number but by the hookups requested, such as water and electric or water, electric, and sewer. As a result we can not guarantee you a particular site but will guarantee you a site with the hookups that you have requested.
