Unacceptable bathrooms

Date:

The condition of the bathrooms our entire one week stay were deplorable. Never were they clean. Never were all the toilets working. Most of the time you could not use the stools because they were plugged. Unfortunate because there are friendly staff members and lots of activities but the sanitation is a deal breaker.

I't is not the most quiet campground around when we stayed.
There was this country music playing really loud coming from the office area, That went on for a while. It is a nice campground though. I will go back this summer an see how it is. Alot of people I know love this campground, so I would try it out for your self. And also the staff was not the most friendliest people around, they seem to be under alot of stress or somthing. Hopfully that has all changed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have Timber Ridge as one of our families favorites. They are child and pet friendly! We have had our campsites to be roomy and clean. We enjoy the security that is maintained. Every season there is one more thing that has been added. My children, ages 14 and 11, say it's one of the best we have ever stayed at. Kudos to the owners and their staff! We look forward to next summer.
